— NAŠI KUCHÁRI
Peter Kupči is our resident Chef, who is the proud co-founder of our kitchen. Among many greatest achievements the most prestigious were to be assigned as Chef de partie to the Royal Family in London as well as to Cunard Luxury Liner Queen Mary 2.

Additionally, he has sailed on Luxury cruise ships all over the world, to name one the well-known company Viking cruises. He has held sous chef or chef de partie positions in Asia, the Canary Islands, Australia, New Zealand and 80 other countries around the world. He is also the co-founder of a local company in the USA in North Carolina.

As a native of Prievidza, he has traveled all over Europe. While he worked in the mountain ski resorts of Tyrol and France, he mastered French cuisine, his working experience stretched to Scotland, Czech Republic and Germany. He well conversed in international cuisine at a professional level and his experience includes exotic cuisine such as seafood and shellfish, as well as in preparing our domestic Slovak cuisine. However, his personal favorites are English, German and French cuisine.
